A rigorous dance program designed for more experienced students who want to fulfill their artistic needs and who desire to share their passions, gifts, talents and devotion to the art of dance.

Phusion is quickly becoming recognized in the metro Atlanta area; renowned for it’s works of extraordinary artistry that are engaging, thought-provoking, and uplifting to audiences of all ages.  Under the artistic direction of Andrea Nalls, the Company is comprised of three companies:

• Phusion Contemporary Dance Theatre (PCDT)
• P2 Dance Company,
• Phusion Apprentice Company (PAC)

Committed to building new audiences for both classical and contemporary dance, Phusion seeks performance opportunities where the gift of dance can be shared with those young and old.  Maintaining a repertory of more than 30 works, across a variety of dance genres, the Company is available to perform locally, state-wide, and nationally.

REQUIREMENTS: 

• Enrollment in the School Program for entire school term
• Enrollment in the Summer Intensive Program
• Community Outreach Performances and Service
• Participation in Phusion Productions and Performance Events
• Attendance in weekly Company Rehearsals

PCDT (Phusion Contemporary Dance Theatre) is a pre-professional dance company comprised of students up to age 17 who have made the decision to pursue dance professionally and have demonstrated considerable mastery in the Art and are willing to participate in rigorous and broad training.  PCDT is a repertory dance company based in Georgia that performs a diverse repertoire of intriguing and thought provoking modern, ballet and jazz works for artistic supporters both locally and nationally. P2 Dance Company is comprised of students ages 12 to 17, who have made a conscious decision to focus on their gift of dance and theatre. These students have expressed a desire to transition into a more rigorous dance program and work towards the pre-professional program. As a part of their training, P2 periodically rehearses and performs with PCDT. P2 is available to perform at community outreach events, private personal events, school events as well as church events. Phusion Apprentice Company (PAC) is comprised of students ages 8 to 13. PAC students have transitioned from leisure dancing to the desire to gain more experience in the classroom as well as performing.  PAC members are beginning to focus more on creative expression and more challenging choreography.  As a part of their training, PAC periodically rehearses and performs with P2. PAC is available to perform at community outreach events, private personal events, school events as well as church events.
